The first Mass Timber building in height in Uruguay and South America, with 6 levels above the ground floor and 24 apartments, designed according to the requirements of the international competition by the National Housing Agency. The construction system includes a ground floor built with traditional methods, a Mass Timber structure on the upper levels, and a fully industrialized façade built in the in-house workshop.

The Executive Project (P3) reached a high level of development, including 3D modeling of the facilities (BIM MEP).
