Mass Timber System
Located in Zonamerica, Montevideo, Life Zonamerica is a project that combines innovation, efficiency and sustainable design. With a total area of 2,220 m², the structure was built entirely in Mass Timber, using 261 m³ of GLT and 284 m³ of CLT. Enkel was in charge of the supply and assembly of the structure, working on the executive project of Dovat Arquitectos.
This building represents an outstanding example of how the timber construction system can be adapted to large-scale projects, offering high-level functional and aesthetic solutions.
