The structures consist of metal pillars on reinforced concrete foundations, GLT beams, and CLT roofs. All exterior-facing elements are protected with water-based products.
The roofs were waterproofed using two-layer self-adhesive asphalt membranes. Buildings were constructed according to the architectural project in access areas, sports zone (gym and facilities), and club house (multipurpose space and restaurant). All within a naturally wooded plot.
