Club House Olivos
Mass Timber System
Club House Olivos stands as a key meeting point within Los Olivos de los Horneros, a rapidly growing development in Canelones.
Designed by Gómez Platero Arquitectura & Urbanismo, the building brings together architecture, landscape, and community life, prioritizing transitional spaces such as galleries and semi-covered areas.
A structure conceived to support everyday activities and events, integrated with the natural surroundings and the waterfront.
At Enkel Group, we developed the project under a turnkey approach, handling the full coordination and assembly of the Mass Timber system.
The Mass Timber (CLT + GLT) was supplied by Arboreal, who was responsible for the design, engineering, and modeling from their technical office, as well as the fabrication of all custom components at their industrial plant in Tacuarembó.
