Traditional System
The house is situated on a 2,100 m2 plot overlooking the sea and has two levels, 3 en-suite bedrooms + a service room also en-suite, a game room, laundry room, and barbecue area on the ground floor. On the upper floor, there’s the kitchen dining room, living room, toilet, and master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and dressing room. A covered wooden terrace was built on the top floor, serving as a gallery for the ground floor. Additionally, a covered wooden garage was constructed for three vehicles.
The foundations and structure are made of reinforced concrete, with double masonry walls plastered both inside and out.

The facades were clad with granitic stone and/or textured plasters, the interior floors are porcelain, and all the furniture and interior doors are made of lacquered solid wood. Outside, 2 wooden staircases and glass railings were constructed.
