Mass Timber System
The new Moorlands School building in Los Olivos de los Horneros is an educational project with an interior area of nearly 2,000 m² and a total built area of 3,000 m², designed using the Mass Timber system. This construction not only meets functional needs but also blends harmoniously with its natural surroundings.
It is a turnkey project, entirely executed by Enkel, from the structural assembly to the finishes, guaranteeing quality, efficiency and control at every stage.
Throughout the project, 630 m³ of structural timber was used (480 m³ of CLT and 150 m³ of GLT), worked with millimetric precision and specifically adapted to the project’s requirements.
This building reflects the vision and commitment of the educational community to innovative, sustainable and efficient construction.
