About Enkel Architecture Studio
At Enkel Architecture Studio, we focus on innovative and sustainable construction. As specialists in industrialized construction and Mass Timber, we apply design methods that optimize construction execution times, reduce costs and minimize environmental impact. We always maintain the highest quality standards, respecting the unique imprint of each project.
How We Work
Our approach is organized in three consecutive stages:
P1 - Basic Preliminary Design
In this initial stage, we develop the concept and general planning of the project. We define the layout, scale, shape, form, capacity and function of the spaces. Our goal is to design a solution that meets functional needs, achieves the desired image and generates meaningful spaces.
- This phase is completed when we meet all the client's expectations regarding the design.
P2 - Advanced Preliminary Design
Once the basic preliminary design has been approved, we go deeper into the material aspects and the development of the systems and installations. In this phase, we carry out the engineering blueprints and define the finishing materials.
- P2 is complete when the project reaches the level of definition necessary for its budget to be suitable for the construction quotation.
P3 - Executive Project
In the final stage, we produce all the necessary documentation for the construction, including graphics and technical details that ensure the correct execution of the work according to the agreed deadlines and specifications.
