Casa Burnett is a 90 m² single-family house located in Parque Burnett, Maldonado. It was built with the Mass Timber system, incorporating 52 m³ of CLT and GLT for its main structure.
The project was designed by architect Blanca Viera and executed by Enkel, which was in charge of supplying and assembling the entire structure.
The system allowed for precise and clean work, with components optimized for the design of this house with simple lines and direct connection with its surroundings.
