More than 4000 feet built in record time!
Enkel Group continues to mark the path of innovation through wood construction, with the expansion of Anastasio Hotel and Beach Club, a maritime inn and inn complex located a few steps from the beach in José Ignacio, Uruguay.
Enkel Group was responsible for the construction and expansion of its new Aparts units with direct descent to the beach. More than 4000 feet built in just 4 months after the foundations, with 3 villas of 2 levels each, and a Club House with bar and pool included.
Each level of the villas includes 8 rooms, and they are elevated on the ground in concrete foundations to be able to appreciate the sea view from their apartments and their common spaces.
The villas are built in the construction system CLT (Cross Laminated Timber), an alternative system composed of laminated wooden walls. A sustainable, ecological system that does not require the burning of fossil fuels during its production. Besides, it guarantees advantages of industrialization, speed of execution and quality control.
The foundation and the pool are the only areas worked in traditional concrete work format, the rest revolves around a cleaner, systematized and industrial architecture, betting on reducing execution times and costs, and improving the quality of the finishes.
The execution time of the wooden structure of each villa was approximately 10 days each. Then came the exterior and interior cladding and installation stages, and the Club House and pool area.
Just 6 months passed from the beginning of the work to the final delivery of the Aparts and its surrounding areas.
