On the coast of José Ignacio, where nature and architecture meet, stands a refuge that redefines luxury and sustainability. This project, carried out by Enkel Architecture Studio, not only captures the essence of the natural environment, but does so using innovative materials such as CLT (Cross-Laminated Timber) and GLT (Glue-Laminated Timber).
The Perfect Fusion of Nature and Modernity
Imagine waking up in a bedroom designed for maximum relaxation, with expansive windows that let in natural light and panoramic views of the coastal landscape. From these intimate spaces to the social areas, where spaciousness and warmth meet, every corner of this retreat has been carefully thought out to offer a unique experience.
Project Details
The project, with a turnkey approach, covers a total area of 205 m2. For its construction, 60m3 of GLT and 12m3 of CLT have been used, materials that not only ensure the durability and energy efficiency of the building, but also add a sophistication that only Mass Timber can provide.
Mass Timber: The Protagonist of Modern Construction
In this shelter, the real protagonist is Mass Timber. Its ability to merge robustness with natural beauty makes it the ideal choice for those seeking a balance between modernity and respect for the environment. Wood, treated and structured in an innovative way, creates warm and welcoming spaces, where every detail invites tranquility and well-being.
If you are looking for a construction that not only integrates with the environment, but complements and enhances it, this coastal refuge in José Ignacio is a perfect example of how Mass Timber is redefining the future of sustainable architecture.
