Enkel Group (Invercinco S.A.) was chosen as the company that will carry out the development and construction of the first high-rise wooden residential building in our country. Located in the department of Durazno, the building will have 7 floors and 24 apartments. It is expected to be completed by September 2024. Among some of the main features of this project are: thermal resistance, energy efficiency and cozy environments for all the apartments. As a company dedicated to creating a more sustainable future, it is an honor to be part of this cultural change in the construction industry in Uruguay and also in Latin America. This building will be the tallest structure built in wood in South America. This project, which was designed by Enkel Group Arquitectos in collaboration with Enkel Group (Invercinco S.A.), will be the first high-rise wooden building in the country.
